Printed on Epson SureColor
Canvas is printed on the Epson SureColor SC-S80610 with 9 UltraChrome GS3 inks; paper on the Epson SC-P9500 with 12 pigment inks (giclée). Colours are permanent and true to the original. Your artwork keeps its depth for years, even on a sunlit wall.

Honest materials
Cotton canvas 300 g/m² on a 19 mm pine stretcher (gallery 38 mm), papers from 189 to 310 g/m². The canvas is PVC-free with a B1 fire-resistance rating. You can feel it: the canvas has the texture of a painting, not smooth photo paper, and it will not sag over time.

Hand-stretched and inspected
Canvas is stretched by hand and every piece is checked at printing, stretching and packing. Framed pieces are assembled by hand and checked after every step. It arrives ready for the wall, with nothing to flatten or re-tension.

Safe packaging and delivery
Bubble wrap, a cardboard sheet, corner protection and a sturdy box; rolled prints travel in a tube. FedEx, DHL, UPS or DPD deliver in 2–7 working days. Shipping is included.

How is the artwork made?
The design is printed only after you order. Canvas goes through the Epson SureColor SC-S80610 with UltraChrome GS3 inks and is then stretched by hand on a pine frame. Posters are giclée-printed on the Epson SureColor SC-P9500 with 12 pigment inks. Every piece is checked at printing, stretching and packing.
How long do production and delivery take?
Production usually takes 2–3 working days (rolled posters about 2, framed canvas 3–4). FedEx, DHL, UPS or DPD then deliver in 2–7 working days. Allow roughly one to two weeks in total; in peak season (for example before Christmas) production can take a few days longer.
How much is shipping?
Nothing extra. Shipping is included in the price of the artwork, worldwide.
How is the artwork packed?
Stretched canvas travels in bubble wrap inside a sturdy cardboard box. Framed canvas and framed posters also get a protective cardboard sheet and corner protection. Rolled canvas and unframed posters ship in a sturdy tube.
What if the artwork arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the artwork, the packaging and the shipping label. We will remake the damaged piece for free or refund you.
What is the difference between stretched and gallery canvas?
Both are canvas stretched on a hidden wooden frame; they differ in depth. Stretched canvas has a 19 mm frame, gallery canvas 38 mm – it looks more substantial and holds its own on the wall without an outer frame.
What is a floating frame?
The stretched canvas (19 mm) sits inside a decorative frame with a narrow gap, so the artwork appears to float within the frame. You choose the frame colour in the configurator.
Which poster paper should I choose?
Standard matte (189 g/m²) is the most affordable and glare-free. Advanced matte (230 g/m²) is an archival paper with faithful colours – a good choice for most designs. Photo matte (190 g/m²) and glossy (240 g/m²) suit rich colours and contrast. Fine Art matte (310 g/m²) is the heaviest, lightly textured paper with a gallery feel. Framed posters are printed on Epson Enhanced matte 230 g/m² and protected by plexiglass.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Stretched canvas and framed pieces do – unpack and hang. Rolled canvas and unframed posters arrive in a tube and are meant for your own framing.
Can I see the artwork on my wall first?
Yes. Next to the artwork photos, upload a picture of your wall and you will see the artwork on it in a moment. The configurator also shows a preview of the chosen frame and size.
Is there a discount on a second artwork?
Yes. Order two artworks and the cheaper one is 25 % off. The discount is applied automatically in the cart.
Can I return the artwork?
Every artwork is made to order in the finish and size you choose. You can find the return conditions in our refund policy.
